Do you work on children?
Yes, ages 5-17 with parental consent of course.

Do I have to get completely undressed to get a massage?
The simple answer is no. All massage treatments can be customized to your comfort level.

What payment options do you have?
You can pay by credit card, cash, Venmo or Cash app.

Do you offer refunds?
Restore & Rejuvenate Massage Therapy does not offer refunds on massage services or gift cards.

Do you offer packages?
Not at this time.

Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not take insurance.

What kind of oil do you use?
I use a Gel made by Biotone Pure Touch Organics. You can read the ingredients here https://biotone.com/products/pure-touch-organics-massage-gel,I personally like this gel because it is hypoallergenic, doesn’t leave you feeling overly greasy, and has great glide.

Policies

Respect Massage/Zero Tolerance:
 
Massage therapists that are members of Respect Massage hold themselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. Respect Massage members have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session. When choosing a practice displaying the Respect Massage logo, you can have confidence in the safety and professionalism you will experience as a client.

Cancellation Policy: Restore & Rejuvenate Massage Therapy has a strict 24 hour cancellation notice policy. We kindly ask that if you are not able to keep your appointment to please give us 24 hour notice. All scheduled appointments that do not give 24 hour notice of reschedule, no show, or late cancellation will be charged $50 to the card on file. There are no exceptions, well there is just one, if you can find someone to take your appointment time, we will waive the fee. Clients with a history of late cancellations may be asked to pre-pay for future appointments. Any amount due must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Chronic and/or repetitive late canceling may result in dismissal from practice.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to make sure you get your full treatment time. If you are late to your appointment, we cannot give you ANY time back, unfortunately.
