Unfortunately, we do not take insurance.

What kind of oil do you use?
I use a Gel made by Biotone Pure Touch Organics. You can read the ingredients here https://biotone.com/products/pure-touch-organics-massage-gel,I personally like this gel because it is hypoallergenic, doesn’t leave you feeling overly greasy, and has great glide.

What is Rapid NeuroFascial Reset? (RAPID)
RAPID is a technique that works with your nervous system and fascia to quickly release pain and tension. Unlike traditional massage, it “wakes up” areas of the body stuck in protective patterns and helps the brain feel safe to let go.

What is Fascia?
Fascia is the thin, stretchy connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, and organ. Think of the stringy layer between skin and meat — that's fascia. When it gets tight from injury or stress, it can pull things out of balance and create chronic pain.

How is RAPID different from traditional massage?
Massage soothes and kneads your muscles. RAPID retrains your body to stop holding onto pain by working with the nervous system. It’s intense, targeted, and highly effective.

Can you combine RAPID with massage?
While RAPID works best as a standalone session, a brief RAPID add-on treatment can be included at the end of your massage, just ask.

How is Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) different from traditional massage?
MLD is a gentle technique focused on stimulating your lymphatic system. It doesn’t involve kneading or deep pressure and is especially helpful for detox and swelling reduction.

Do I have to listen to spa music during my session?
Not at all! If you prefer something other than traditional spa music, just let us know — we’re happy to adjust the playlist to your preference.
That said, we kindly ask that music choices remain appropriate for a therapeutic, professional setting. (So, while we love Marvin Gaye and Enya, they won’t make the playlist here).
