Policies
Respect Massage/Zero Tolerance:
At Restore & Rejuvenate Massage Therapy, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. As a certified member of the Respect Massage movement, we uphold the highest standards of ethical, professional, and boundary-conscious care.
This is a zero-tolerance practice:
Any inappropriate behavior — including jokes, innuendo, or solicitations — will result in the immediate termination of the session, with full payment still required. Clients can feel confident that when they see the Respect Massage logo, they are entering a safe, respectful, and professional space.
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 fee, automatically charged to the card on file.
No-Shows & Same Day Changes:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the same day of the appointment — including same-day changes and no-shows — will be charged the full session fee.
The only exception: if you’re able to find someone to take your appointment slot, the fee will be waived.
Clients with a history of last-minute cancellations may be asked to pre-pay for future sessions, and repeated occurrences may result in dismissal from the practice.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your session, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients scheduled after you. We cannot give you any time back, so please arrive on time. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and receive your full treatment. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior as the door may be locked and you will not be able to enter.
